What data are we collecting and how do we use them?

In order to provide you with the best possible services, our company, Navmatix s.r.o., based in Hradišťko 736, 756 61 Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, The Czech Republic, ID no. 28628624, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file no. C 35584 (hereinafter referred to as „Us“, or „Our Company“), uses different tools for collection the data from you cell phone while using this application.

These Terms and conditions expand on and partially complements our Privacy Policy and must be interpreted in accordance.

Types and kinds of collected data

The data can be divided on the basis of several criteria.

According to their purpose, collected data can be divided into:

• Anonymous – Necessary (also known as Essential or Technical) data, which are required for the operation of the application. These data do not collect information about users that could be used for marketing purposes. Necessary data must and will always be processed as the application would fail to function otherwise.
• Anonymous – Statistics and Analytical data which improve the way the application works. These data collect information about how users use the application and help to determine users’ profiles. They allow us to record and count the number of users and sessions statistics. The application stores caster hostname, mountpoint, message types, and NTRIP caster response for each NTRIP session..The information collected by this function is aggregated and anonymous.
• Personal – Marketing (also known as Targeting, Advertising or Profiling) data are used for marketing and promotional purposes and to track your preferences resulting from your use of the application. The application collects data provided by user in the questionary, like name, email, company, country, role, and industries.

Which data are we allowed to process?

By using the application, you agree with using anonymous and personal data for application improvements and sending occasional newsletters. We will not sell or distribute your personal data to any third party. As stated in the Privacy Policy, you can unsubscribe at any time.

At the same time, you can contact us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and resolve your query or matter with us individually.

This document shall come into force and effect on 01.01.2023 and shall be revised and updated regularly.
